How Do I Submit a Project?

  1. Click on the 3 horizontal bars on the Dashboard to show menu on the sidebar.
  2. Go to My Orders.
  3. Click on the green button on the upper right hand corner "Add New Order".
  4. Fill out the request form and submit it.

You have an option to submit the project to a particular writer by clicking the dropdown button (invite writer), or just send it all writers on the site.

How Do I Approve Completed Orders?

Once your order has been completed and submitted by a writer, you will receive a notification via email.

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click on the 3 horizontal bars on the Dashboard to show menu on the sidebar.
  3. Go to My Orders.
  4. You will see FOUR tabs - Completed, In Progress, Pending and Cancelled.
  5. To approve completed orders, click on IN PROGRESS, then VIEW ORDER.
  6. Then, scroll down and click on VIEW CONTENT.
  7. You will be directed to the CONTENT VIEW page, and you can see 75 percent of the article. Once you click on APPROVE AND DOWNLOAD, you will be able to see the whole article and download the completed content.
    If you are not satisfied with the work, simply click REQUEST FOR REWRITE and indicate the reason for having the content rewritten.
  8. After approving the content, you can rate the writer.
  9. Once you have clicked APPROVE AND DOWNLOAD, you will return to the ORDER VIEW page. Then, you simply need to click on DOWNLOAD CONTENT at the bottom of this page.
  10. To return to the MY ORDERS page, just click on BACK TO MY ORDERS link at the upper right-hand corner. You should be able to see the newly-approved content in the COMPLETED tab.

How Do Writers Get Started?

  1. Go to your Dashboard, click Browse Orders, and you will see article requests in the open orders.
  2. Click on View Order, and this leads you to the Order View page.
  3. If you want to grab the project, click Get Order. Otherwise, you can just click backspace to go back to Browse Orders section.
  4. You can also go to My Orders to see if there are special requests.
  5. In the Invites Received section, you may either click the Accept or Decline button.
  6. Once you click Accept, this will lead you to the writing area where you can work on the project. If you click Decline, the request will go to the Browse Orders or open orders area.
  7. If you claim a project, you need to go the in-progress section in the My Orders. That's where the project goes after accepting it.
